Peanut Dipping Sauce

Peanut Dipping Sauce

Simple. Easy. Dip absolutely anything into it. This peanut butter dipping sauce is creamy, sweet, salty, a little spicy and super addictive. It takes five minutes, one bowl, and zero culinary prowess.

Ingredients

½ cup natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons Corporal Freddie’s Sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons The DC Cartel chilli oil
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
3 garlic cloves, pressed or finely minced
2–4 tablespoons warm water (to thin)

Optional tweak (for the sooky lalas among us):

Extra 1 tablespoon of peanut butter to mellow the heat

Method

1. Add all ingredients except the water into a bowl.
2. Stir until smooth and glossy.
3. Slowly add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your preferred consistency.

Taste. Adjust. Add more peanut butter if the spice hits harder than expected.
